How Much Is Your Management Fee
Our management is 6-8% of gross monthly rent for property located in Bakersfield. Property located outside of Bakersfield is 10% of gross monthly rents. There are no up charges of any kind. All vendor calls and maintenance calls are a part of the management fee and not extra.
What is the process and cost for leasing my property?
Leasing a property with us is hassle-free. We market your property on 9 different platforms and coordinate viewings at your home with potential tenants. We meet the prospects at the property and provide personal information about the home then direct the interested prospects to our website to apply online. Our fee is a one-time fee of $225.00 for property located in Bakersfield this includes marketing, showing the property, processing the applications and background screening, typing leases and coordinating lease signings, rent and deposit collection with new approved tenant/s.
Does your company handle maintenance and do you have vendors to handle repairs?
Yes, we handle all of the maintenance call outs and we coordinate vendors, handyman or contractors from our approved list to match the repair needed. There are no other fees involved with repairs and maintenance.
